Our story began over 20 years ago, when our founder, John, started making pizzas in his backyard for family and friends. He quickly realized that his pizzas were a hit, and decided to turn his hobby into a business. He opened the first Hickory Pizza restaurant in a small town in upstate New York, and it quickly became a local favorite.
Today, we have multiple locations across the country, but we still make our pizzas the same way John did in his backyard. We use only the highest-quality ingredients, including fresh mozzarella cheese, homemade tomato sauce, and hand-tossed dough. Our pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, which gives them a unique smoky flavor and crispy crust.
But we’re not just about pizza. We also offer a variety of salads, appetizers, and desserts, as well as a selection of craft beers and wines to complement your meal.
